Dink Champs, a recreational pickleball club based in Miami, FL, is organized solely for the purpose of fostering social connections through the sport of pickleball. The club and its organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries, property damage, financial losses, or other claims arising from participation in club activities at Tamiami Park or Fair Expo Center, or any related events. All participants engage in club activities at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their personal safety and well-being. The club reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual exhibiting criminal behavior or conduct deemed disruptive, offensive, or otherwise uncomfortable to other members, at the sole discretion of the club’s management.
